石油化工行业供电多来自外部电网供电，在外电网发生波动时易造成电压降低，导致生产装置非正常停车，给企业的安全生产和经济效益带来危害。为了防止外电网波动时装置机组停车，兰州石化公司电仪事业部对石化厂烯烃装置 GB501丙烯制冷压缩机、GB601乙烯制冷压缩机润滑油泵控制方式采取了优化措施。此控制方式改造以来，运行稳定，在外电网多次发生波动时，该装置均未停车。%Power in petrochemical company is mostly provided by outside power suppliers,which cannot ensure the voltage,production safety and company profit.In order to keep the equipments conduct,Lanzhou Petrochemical Company optimizes the control method of lubrication pump in propylene refrigeration compressor and ethylene refrig-eration compressor on olefin equipment.It maintains the stability and normal production in case of power grid fluc-tuation.
