针对用人单位的跟踪评价是高职院校掌握教学实际,调整教学策略的很好标准和依据。通过跟踪评价不仅可以反馈院校建设思路,而且可以体现以学生为本,为学生服务的宗旨。构建用人单位跟踪评价体系的探索研究,在改善用人单位择人选才、了解毕业生就业实况及市场需求同时,力求为高职院校教学规划的制定和发展战略的决策提供可行参考和建议。%It is reasonable to evaluate teaching effects and adjust teaching methods according to employers tracking assessment.Through tracking assessment,teaching ideas and students -oriented ideas can be vividly presented. This paper tries to study the employers tracking assessment system and make suggestions to formulate developing strategy.
