针对高职院校学生理论基础薄弱，学习专业知识吃力的特点，考虑学生的就业及发展目标，将《调速系统与维护》课程进行改革与实践，已编写的讲义《调速系统与维护》在电气自动化五个班的试用，效果良好。%The theoretical foundation of higher vocational college students is weak,and professional knowledge learning is hard,considering employment and development goals,this paper conducts the curriculum reform and applies it into practice in five class trial,with speed control system and maintenance teaching materials,it is proved to be effective.It is hoped that readers can discuss with the author about the reform methods.
