铝钢焊接界面金属间化合物形成的热力学分析

         

摘要

以热力学基本定律为基础,建立铝/镀锌钢板异种金属焊接接头界面金属间化合物形成的吉布斯自由能变化计算模型.应用所开发的计算和绘图程序,得到铝/镀锌钢板异种金属焊接接头界面处Al-Fe金属间化合物相形成的标准吉布斯自由能变化与温度关系的图形,分析在焊接接头界面处可能形成的Al-Fe金属间化合物相的种类,并与焊接实验结果进行比较.模拟结果表明:在Al-Fe界面上形成Fe2Al5和FeAl3金属间化合物,与实验结果基本一致,所建立的热力学模型是合理的.%Based on the basic law of thermodynamics,a calculation model was established for Gibbs freeenergy change formed at the interface of joint of dissimilar metals of intermetallic compounds of aluminum/galvanized steel.The variation of standard Gibbs free-energy of Al-Fe metal intermetallic with temperature was simulated based on the developed calculation and plotting programs,and the variety of possible phase of Al-Fe intermetallic compounds formed on the welding interface was analyzed and compared with the experiment result.The simulation result showed that both the Fe2Al5 and FeAl3 were formed on Al-Fe interface,the simulation result was in good agreement with the experimental result,and the developed thermodynamic model was reasonable.
