Reasonable and effective plans play a decisive role in college students’ occupation career. Solving ineffective guidance in college students occupation career planning is the key start to make reason-able and effective plans. Four aspects should be emphasized on solving the inefficiency including updating thoughts, building professional teacher teams, improving infrastructural construction, social practice and vo-cational training.%合理有效的职业生涯规划在大学生的职业生涯中起着决定性作用。而厘清并着力解决大学生职业生涯规划指导不力的短板则是制定合理有效职业生涯规划的前提。高校应从理念更新、专业化教师队伍建设、专业硬件完善、社会实践和职业训练四方面加强以解决大学生职业生涯规划短板。
