义务教育绩效工资背景下教师工作满意度研究的三重境遇

         

摘要

在义务教育绩效工资政策全面推行、社会各界对教师工作满意度愈加关注的背景下,开展绩效工资背景下的教师工作满意度研究,不仅有助于进一步深化对义务教育学校绩效工资的理论研究,进一步拓宽教师工作满意度的研究视域,同时也能够为进一步完善义务教育学校绩效工资制度提供合理化建议,为进一步加强义务教育教师队伍建设提供理论依据。%Along with the performance payment po licy in compulsory education being comprehensively enforced, the teachers’ job satisfaction has increasingly become a focus by all walks of society. Under such circumstances, researches on teachers’ job satisfaction not only help deepen the theoretical study of performance payment in the compulsory education schools , but also further broaden the research perspectives of teachers’ job satisfaction; meanwhile, the researches can help make reasonable suggestions on the perfection of the performance payment system, and lay a theoretical foundation for the enhancement of teachers’ team.
