在广场舞现已成为一项热门的群众健身项目和大连群众体育活动社会化、建设体育文化名城的背景下，采用文献资料法、数理统计法、访谈法和逻辑分析法对广场舞的时代特征和属性、社区体育文化的特征和功能进行分析，得出广场舞对大连社区体育在物质文化、制度文化、精神文化上起促进价值，而广场舞抑制社区体育文化发展的因素有：广场舞噪音问题、广场舞抢夺公共体育空间问题两方面，并给出合理化建议。%Since square dancing now has become one hot public exercise ,and under the background of public sports activities socializing as well as sports culture city building in Dalian ,this paper analyze square dance characteristics and properties of the times ,community sports culture characteristics and function ,through methods of literature referral ,mathematical statistics ,interview and logical analysis . T he conclusion is that square dance boost material culture ,institutional culture ,and spiritual culture of community sports .In the meanw hile ,square dance restraining elements on community sports culture development are noise pollution and public sports room deprival .T his paper also provides rationalization proposal for above two problems .
