Along with the continuous advancement of social information and economic globalization, all kinds of cultural thoughts and values have made a strong impact on students' thought, values, outlook on life, world outlook; variability and diversity of students also increase apparently. Higher vocational colleges must carry forward the theme, accurately grasp the characteristics of the current student' thoughts, life and study, correctly understand and treat the informal groups of students, and strive to change their negative informal groups.
