岗位能力与高职课程设置关系的研究--以高职铁道交通运营管理专业为例

         

摘要

In order to adapt to the developm ent of the railw ay industry, the railw ay transportation operation and m anagem ent m ajor m ust keep up w ith the pace of the developm ent of railw ay industry. A shift is needed in the original curriculum provision system , and the personnel training m ode, w hich involves divisional position-setting,w ork-study com bination, real-w ork practice should be established. A nd the cultivation of the post ability related to the five m ajor posts of railw ay transportation operation and m anagem ent m ajor should be highlighted. B esides, students' professional quality and post ability should also be enhanced. R ailw ay transportation's post ability and curriculum provision are associated closely, curriculum provision influences post ability directly. This paper m akes an analysis on the post ability of the railw ay transportation operation and m anagem ent m ajor, on the basis of w hich it also analyses the correspondence betw een post ability and curriculum units, and conducts the course system of the railw ay transportation operation and m anagem ent m ajor.%为适应铁路行业的发展,高职铁道交通运营管理专业必须紧跟铁路行业的发展步伐,转变原有课程设置体系,建立“分向定岗、产学结合、真岗实练的人才培养模式,突出铁道交通运营管理专业五大岗位群岗位技能的培养,增强学生的职业素养和岗位技能。铁道运输的岗位能力要求与课程设置是密切相关的,其课程设置直接影响学生岗位能力的培养。通过对铁道交通运营管理专业岗位能力进行分析,并在此基础上分析专业能力与课程单元对应关系,构建了铁道交通运营管理专业课程体系。
