In view of the current development trend of Chinese construction BIM, the corresponding reform is urgent. With the deep development of urban and rural construction, the demand for skilled talents is increasing. But in terms of the actual operation ability and overall quality of vocational students, the vocational colleges should take educational reform measures, actively cultivate the personnel with knowledge and skills, and make students equipped with condition and ability to contribute to the society.%鉴于目前中国建筑业BIM的发展趋势，相应的建筑类职业教育的改革势在必行。随着城乡建设的深入开展，我国的城乡建设对技能型人才的需求不断加大。但是就目前高职学生的实际操作能力和总体素质而言，建筑类职业教育院校应做出针对性的教育革新措施，积极培养知识型和技能型兼备的专业人才，从而使得高职建筑类专业的学生具备走向社会并为社会积极做出贡献的条件与能力。
