Vocational education in Germany enjoys a reputation in the world. In our country, the social recognition of vocational education is very low , and this mainly originates from the concept. In Germany, vocational education is dom inated by the government;in our country, in the management of vocational education, the government is not strong enough to play a leading role. From the view of Germanenterprises, the input in training is the investm ent of the enterprises, and has appreciation; in China many enterprises just focus on immediate interests and are unwilling to invest too much in the professional training. In Germany the requirem ents for teachers are very strict, and teachers must work in factories over two years;while in China most of the teachers don't have related practical experience.%德国的职业教育誉满全球；而在我国，社会对职业教育的认可度是较低的，主要源于观念的问题。在德国，职业教育由政府主导；在我国，在对职业教育的管理上，政府发挥主导作用的力度不够。在德国企业看来，培训费用的投入就是企业的一种投资，对企业具有增值的意义；在中国，很多企业着眼于眼前的利益，不愿在职业培训上投入过多。在德国，对于专职教师的任职资格要求较严，必须经过2年以上的工厂实践；在我国，职校教师大部分没有相关的实践经验。
