By calculating the level fluctuation period of casting weathering steel SPA-H, the paper gets the occurred position of level fluctuation.By further analyzing the composition, superheat, secondary cooling, mould powder and so on, we find the notable factors for level fluctuation, and formulate the reasonable measures.%本文通过对SPA-H钢液位波动波形的周期计算,找出液位波动的产生位置,并进一步从该钢种的成分、过热度、二冷配水、结晶器保护渣等工艺方面进行分析,查找出影响波动产生的显著因素,并制定出合理的工艺措施加以控制.
