PLC is widely used in automatic field , we have to improve its utilization along with the developmrnt of control technology . The paper studies the advanced PLC control strategy .Taking the water level in the boiler jug as example , and using the blurred toolbox from Marlab, the paper verifies the feasibility of the control strategy .The blurred self-adaptive PID control system has fine simuletive result, little over adjust and fast raice speed .%PLC在自动化领域有着广泛的应用，随着控制领域科学的发展，PLC的研究也有必要得以提升，才能适应现代智能化控制的需要。本文研究了基于模糊PID的PLC先进控制策略，以锅炉汽包水位为例，利用Matlab提供的模糊工具箱，验证了控制策略的可行性。经验证，模糊自适应PID控制系统仿真效果较好，得到较小超调量和较快的上升速率，是对PLC先进控制策略走向实用的一次探索。
