This paper describes a design of the central control device monitoring system for coal dressing plant based on the configuara-tion technology.The Monitoring system includes hardware and software system.The nhardware consists of host computer, slave com-puter and central control device;the software system consists of host computer and slave computer.The host computer uses configuara-tion control technology with the software MCGS to develop a visual monitoring system to realize the visual and real-time monitoringon runing atatus of each device in the central control system.The control program of slave computer is developed by STEP7, to control the monitoring system automatically and manually.The monitoring system greatly improve the system with security, reliability and flexibility, also facilitate the production scheduling.%文章介绍了采用组态技术的选煤厂集中控制装置的监控系统的设计，该监控系统的组成包括硬件系统和软件系统，硬件分为上位机和下位机及集中控制装置；系统的软件分为上位机软件系统和下位机软件系统。上位机软件采用组态控制技术软件MCGS编制可视化监控管理程序，实现对选煤厂集中控制装置中各个设备的工作状态进行监控；下位机软件采用STEP 7编制控制装置的控制程序，对选煤厂集中控制装置既可以自动控制也可以手动控制。该监控系统增加了选煤厂集中控制装置的安全性，提高了可靠性及操作的灵活性，也方便了生产调度。
