文章在总结现场使用经验的基础上，对万向联接传动轴提出改进方案和措施，现场应用证明本次改进实践设计精心，改进合理。改进的传动轴具有结构紧凑、重量轻、扭矩大、精度高、抗冲击力强、使用寿命长、维修方便的特点。%Based on analyzing the field experiences , the paper proposes the improved scheme against the universal couplings for mining truck.The field tests show that the improvement is reasonable .The improved universal coupling have a series of performance , such as compact structure, light body, large torque, high accuracy, high insistence against impact , long service life, and convenient mainte-nance.
