It ic hard to achieve rational result with the traditional PID control for the burden system of rafractory material , which is a nonlinear and multivariable system .In this paper , we propose a burden control system based on fuzzy algorithm , and use it to the pro-duction line of benxi Yamei Co .Ltd, of refractory material .As a result from the operation over an year , the control system sytisfy tech-nical requirements , and achieve nice effect .%耐火材料配料系统是一个多变量非线性系统，使用传统的PID控制，很难达到理想的控制效果，本文提出了一种基于模糊控制算法的耐火材料配料控制系统，它应用于本溪雅美耐火材料有限公司耐火材料配料生产线的，已成功运行一年多，实践证明，该控制系统完全满足工艺要求，取得了满意的控制效果。
