校企合作是高职教育培养高素质、实用型人才的重要方式. 本文从校企合作模式、机构运行、制度建设、合作层次几个角度梳理了近年来我国高职教育校企合作的现状, 总结已有的成功经验和存在的问题, 并从政府、院校、行业、企业角度探讨了校企合作存在的问题及改进对策,以期对深化高职院校校企合作有所裨益.%TSchool-enterprise cooperation is one of the features of higher vocational education, and an important way of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. This article is concerned about topics of the university-enterprise cooperation mode, operation, system construction, the cooperation level. It summarized the successful experience and existing problems under the current situation of higher vocational education. Moreover, it tried to find the countermeasures from angle of government, institution, industry, enterprise in order to help to deepen cooperation between higher vocational colleges.
