This paper using the research methods such as literature, investigation interview and statistics etc, takes an investigation at random on the situation of 200 sample students, mastering the knowledge of scientific bodybuilding, understanding of the students to master scientific fitness knowledge status. It analyses the main existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions%运用文献资料、调查访问和统计等方法,以营口职业技术学院随机抽取的200名学生为研究对象,对其科学健身知识的掌握情况进行调查研究,以此了解大学生掌握科学健身知识的现状,分析其存在的问题,并给出相关建议.
