研究了应用Handyscan 3D实现点云数据获取的方法,并对扫描过程中的关键技术以及注意事项做了详细介绍。探讨了使用专门的逆向软件Geomagic Studio对牙颌点云数据进行预处理以及逆向重构的方法。通过逆向工程将牙颌模型的立体信息转换成计算机能直接处理的三维数字模型,最终得到该牙颌模型较高精度的数字模型。逆向工程的应用克服了传统石膏模型的不足,让计算机辅助口腔正畸诊疗成为可能。%The method of the point cloud data acquisition by Handyscan 3D is studied in this paper, and the key technique and matters needing attention in the process of scanning are introducedindetail. Special reverse software Geomagic Studio for tooth jaw model point cloud data preprocess and the method of reverse remodelingare discussed.Through reverse engineering the three-dimensional informationistranslatedinto the computerwhichcan deal directly with 3D digital model, finally get a high precision digital model. The reverse engineering is applied to overcome the disadvantages of traditional plaster model, making it possible for computer-aided orthodontics treatment.
