The scientific research in universities is a vital aspect concerning the development of the universities and the technological innovation as well as to the development of social economy and teachers and students in universities.Currently, there are some problems in the construction of the scientific research team in universities in China.The paper explores to enforce the construction from team member selection,management, awarding system,brand awareness,cooperation between universities and enterprises or local government, etc.%高校科研是关系我国高校发展及科技创新的重要方面,对于社会经济发展及高校师生都有重要意义。目前，我国的高校科研团队建设还存在一些问题。对此，从团队成员选取、管理、奖励机制、品牌意识及校企、校地合作等方面进行探究，以加强科研团队的建设。
