10个丽水枇杷优良单株的果实性状及综合评价

         

摘要

为了评价和利用丽水枇杷种质资源,以10个丽水优良枇杷实生单株及当地主栽的“宁海白”为试材,对其成熟果实的外观和内在品质进行了测定和综合比较。结果表明:供试样本的果实单果重为20.81~35.29 g,种子数量为1.9~4.2个,可食率为67.80%~72.46%,可溶性固形物含量为11.49%~15.29%,维生素C含量为2.62 mg/100 g~9.13 mg/100 g;综合评价结果显示“红7”外观品质最佳,而“黄3”内在品质最佳,“黄3”综合品质以绝对优势位列第一。常温下供试枇杷的贮藏期为12~22 d,其中“红3”“黄1”为22 d,“红6”为12 d。%To evaluate and utilize the loquat germplasm resources in Lishui, the internal and external fruit quality of 10 local loquat cultivars of Lishui and 1 reference cultivar called Ninghaibai were determined and compared. The results indicate:the single fruit weight of the accessions ranges from 20.81 to 35.29 gram;the number of seeds ranges from 1.9 to 4.2;the edible rate ranges from 67.80%to 72.46%;the content of total soluble solids ranges from 11.49%to 15.29%;the content of vitamin C(Vc)ranges from 2.62 to 9.13 mg/100g. The comprehensive evaluation discloses:Hong 7 has the best external quality whereas Huang 3 displays the best internal quality;Huang3 ranks the first with overwhelming superiority. The shelf life of the fruit kinds of different loquat at normal temperature ranges from 12 days to 22 days, among which the shelf life of Hong 3 and Huang 1 reaches 22 days whereas that of Hong 6 reaches 12 days.
