CPC members and cadres’political loyalty is an ethical expectation towards them in relation to their status and roles as well as the ethical basis for their appropriate political conduct and commitment. The loyalty or ethical expectation is the natural requirement of the political and social-role ethic and the realm of ethical awareness that all CPC members are liable to pursue. The construction of political loyalty among CPC members and carders has become an urgent research subject for CPC to address itself to. To explore a rood that is in accordance with the specific national conditions of China and helps to ensure the advanced nature of CPC as the ruling party,it is necessary for CPC members and carders to subjectively strengthen their self-disciplinary awareness and the party to intensify education as well as the construction of institutions and systems objectively.%党员干部的政治忠诚是基于党员干部身份角色的一种道德期待，它是党员干部保持政治品行、承担政治责任的道德基础。这种政治忠诚的道德期待是政治道德、角色道德的应有之义，也是党员干部不断追求道德自觉的境界。新时期党员干部的政治忠诚建设已经成为一项紧迫的时代性课题。探索一条符合中国具体国情以及中国共产党执政先进性要求的忠诚建设之路，既需要从主观上强化党员干部的自我修养，也要从客观上强化教育、制度、体制等方面的建设。
