Anglo-American scholars have agreed upon the theory that news interview in the West complies with the pattern of question and answer,which is confined within the framework of time schedule,contents,and style of the anchor. Based on this conversational analysis and high/low-context culture theory,Dialogue has been analyzed in terms of turn-taking system and question categorization with a conclusion that there are some differences of turn-taking between Dialogue and westernized news interview.%英美学者认同的访谈模式均为问答模式，并受时间、场合、主持人风格、节目内容等各因素的限制。在这一研究成果的基础上，利用跨文化交际理论和会话分析原则，解析中文环境下的英文类访谈节目《对话》的话轮转换机制，得出结论：具有跨文化交际意义的《对话》节目在形式上有不同于欧美专家的论断，具体表现在问题结构和话轮转换的方式上。
