滨水公园是城市发展建设的重要资源，其对提升城市的品位、环境质量、景观及社会经济的发展等起到极其重要的积极作用。以温州市平阳县为例，探讨滨水公园的设计理念及手法，明确提出特色化、人性化、生态化、资源再生及传承历史文脉的城市滨水公园设计方法，并侧重就植物配置角度对城市滨水公园的生态设计进行系统性阐述。%As important resources in urban development and construction, waterfront parks play an important role in improving the taste, environmental quality, urban landscape and social economic development of cities. Based on the case of Pingyang county, this paper discusses the ideas and method used in designing waterfront parks. It proposes the design techniques emphasizing special features, humanization, ecologicalization, resource recycling and carrying forward the historical contents. method the ecological design from the perspective of plant configuration. It also systematically expounds the design of ecological aspect from the prespective of plant configuration.
