Under the background of global value chain, China is facing such pressures as industrial upgrade and industrial transfer. A hilly city like Longyan has some relevant opportunities and threats as a place in undertaking processing trade. Therefore, Longyan University, as a local university, is facing greater challenges. This paper tries to present, in the perspective of global value chain, the improvement measures in applied professional talents training from strengthening the international business courses, establishing more courses in servicing local economy, increasing the entrepreneurship-related courses, perfecting the multiple-layered practical teaching system as well as the improvement of the students'foreign language competences.%全球价值链背景下,我国面临着产业升级及产业转移的压力,山区内陆城市龙岩作为加工贸易梯度转移重点承接地,存在发展的机遇与威胁. 为适应国际经济贸易人才市场的需求,地方高校国贸专业应调整人才培养模式,应开设服务地方经济的行业课程,加强课程的国际商务化,构建立体型实践教学体系,以及增强学生外语能力培养.
