摘要：为了在有机化学的教学过程中渗透重金属对食品安全的影响，将相关有机反应进行总结，建议在教学过程中对学生进行专题讲座，以提升学生的食品安全意识．%In order to strengthen the influence of heavy metal on food safety in the Course of Organic Chemis- try, the relative organic reactions were summarized. The students were educated through special lecture, on this ac- count, the food safety consciousness of students were promoted.
