炭纤维增强树脂基复合材料模拟加速腐蚀方法的研究

         

摘要

A simulated and accelerated corrosion test method for the carbon/epoxy composite was investigated, based on the marine atmosphere. According to the local meteorological data, a primary simulated and accelerated corrosion method has been obtained. Through the corrosion test, the carbon/epoxy composite was destroyed extensively. In order to get further information, the mechanical test and micro-morphology observation (SEM) were carried out. The results show that the radiation, temperature and/or humidity could cause extensive corrosion to the surface and interior of the carbon/ epoxy composite and make an attack to the interface between matrix and carbon fiber. By the comparison with the results of the natural environment corrosion, it is confirmed that the simulation of the corrosion test method is relatively good.%对自然海洋大气环境下炭纤维/环氧树脂基复合材料的模拟加速腐蚀方法进行探索.根据已有的环境谱,初步设计实验室仿自然海洋大气环境的加速腐蚀方法,并对腐蚀前后的试样进行一系列力学性能测试及微观观察.结果表明:模拟日光、温度和湿度的共同作用会引起炭纤维/环氧树脂基复合材料表面及内部的腐蚀,并且破坏树脂基体与炭纤维之间的界面.与自然大气环境腐蚀结果的比较验证了实验室采用的实验方法对自然海洋大气环境的模拟性.
