Objective:To discuss the effect and security analysis of Kangfuyan capsule combined ornidazole in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group (50cases )and control group (50 cases).Patients of control group were given ornidazole combined azithromycin intravenous drip treatment,and patients of observation group was given kangfuyan capsule oral treatment on the base of con-trol group.Followed up for 6 months,and analyzed the efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups.Results:The efficient rate of observation group (94%)was higher than that of control group (80%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference (12% vs 8 %,P >0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuyan capsule combined ornidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has definite curative effect,which is safe and reliable.%目的：：探讨康妇炎胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及其安全性。方法：慢性盆腔炎患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组(各50例),对照组予以奥硝唑联合阿奇霉素静脉滴注,观察组在此基础上另予康妇炎胶囊口服治疗,随访6个月,比较两组有效率及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组治疗有效率(94%)高于对照组(80%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),不良反应发生率两组无显著差异(12%vs8%,P >0.05)。结论：康妇炎胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,安全可靠。
