目的:分析研究老年健康体检者的血脂检验结果.方法:选取250例2015年10月~2016年10月在某院体检的老年健康体检者,男女各125例,均进行血脂检验,并对其检验结果进行分析比较.结果:男性与女性均存在血脂检验指标异常的情况,男性与女性的血脂指标异常率比较,均不具有显著性(P>0.05);男性与女性的TC、LDL-C水平比较,差异明显(P<0.05).结论:血脂异常是引发心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,与性别无关.部分老年健康体检者血脂水平偏高,已存在危险因素,应加强对老年群体的血脂监测,做好预防.%Objective:To study the results of blood lipid test in elderly healthy subjects.Methods:250 elderly patients from October 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study.125 cases of men and women were examined by lipids, and the results were analyzed and compared.Results:There were abnormal blood lipid test indexes in male and female, and there was no significant difference between male and female dyslipidemia indexes (P>0.05).The levels of TC and LDL-C in male and female were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dyslipidemia is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It has nothing to do with sex.Some of the elderly healthy subjects have high blood lipid level and have risk factors.It should strengthen the monitoring and prevention of blood lipid in the elderly population.
