Combining problems with teaching practice, this paper proposed a teaching method of problem-explanation rnactivities and mapped out the experimental plan for carrying out in middle-school math's teaching, hoping to train the rnstudents＇ math's thought, improving the students＇ abilities of solving Problems, creation and math's practice, and promoting rnthe enforcement of creation education in middle-school math's teaching.%问题解决教学模式应成为中学数学实施创新教育的突破口.训练数学思维的最优方法是说题，说题活动教学强调学生自主构建知识，思、说、做合一.在中学数学教学中开展说题活动，能有效地训练学生的数学思维，提高学生的问题解决能力、创新能力和数学实践能力，推动中学数学创新教育的实施.
