Objective :To study the expression and clinical significance of plasma levels of (TrxR) in patients with lung cancer .Methods :60 patients with non small cell lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2015 were selected as lung cancer group ,and 60 cases in the same period were selected as the control group .The ser‐um level of TrxR was detected ,and the relationship between the clinical pathological characteristics of lung cancer and lung cancer was analyzed .Results:The level of TrxR in plasma of patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0 .05) .TrxR levels in plasma of patients with lung cancer were not related to sex , age and differentiation degree (P>0 .05);and the correlation with the type ,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The level of TrxR in the plasma of patients with lung cancer was significantly increased ,and it was closely related to the type ,development and metastasis of lung cancer .Detection of TrxR levels in the plasma of pa‐tients with lung cancer can be used as an early diagnosis of lung cancer ,and to evaluate the degree of malignancy and prognosis .%目的：研究血浆硫氧还蛋白还原酶（T rxR）在肺癌患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法：选取我院2013年4月－2015年6月收治的经病理检查确诊的60例非小细胞肺癌患者作为肺癌组，并选取同期60例门诊体检健康者作为对照组，检测血浆中T rxR水平，并分析其与肺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果：肺癌患者血浆中 T rxR水平显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。肺癌患者血浆中 TrxR水平与性别、年龄、分化程度均无关（P＞0．05），与组织类型、TNM 分期和淋巴结转移有关（P＜0．05）。结论：肺癌患者血浆中 TrxR水平显著升高，且与肺癌的类型、发展以及转移密切相关。检测肺癌患者血浆中的T rxR水平可以作为肺癌的早期诊断、评估恶性程度及判断预后的指标之一。
