非物质文化遗产保护，事关国家文化安全问题。这种保护形式有属地化保护、异地型保护、创新性保护、整体型保护。作为国际非物质文化遗产节主办地、“世界非遗之都”，成都高度重视、切实保护非物质文化遗产。成都在非遗保护与传承中，科学处理历史与当下、文脉与承续、名录与整理、活化与固态、转型与创新的关系，积极推进非遗进校园、进社区、进协会、进企业、进家庭、进公共服务、进城镇建设，形成了成都独具特色的非遗保护体系，形成了十二个方面的做法和经验。%The protection of intangible cultural heritage,which exists in the form of dependency protection, trans - location protection,innovative protection and overall protection,is an issue concerning the cultural security of a nation. Chengdu,the host of international festival of intangible cultural heritage and " Capital of intangible cul-tural heritage" ,has been paying special attention and implementing concrete measures to the protection of intangi-ble cultural heritage. In practice of protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage in Chengdu ,we han-dle in a scientific way the relation between history and reality,heritage and inheritance,index and document,flu-ency and fixation,transformation and innovation;furthermore,we promote the protection on school campus,in communities,associations,companies,families,public service,and township construction project. Chengdu expe-rience is characterized by its unique features and consisted of twelve measures in practice.
