总结和研究了经济欠发达省份全国体育先进县的争创经验与现实作用。分析认为：提高认识、加强领导,齐抓共创、全面提高,健全组织、创新方法,增加投入、完善设施是经济欠发达省份全国体育先进县积累的争创经验;指出在今天城镇化建设和新农村建设快速发展的特定历史时期,这些争创经验依然具有启迪和激励作用。%The experiences of striving for the National Sports Advanced Counties in less developed provinces and its actual influence were summarizes and studied.The main experiences included attaching importance to such activity,strengthening leadership,sound organization,increasing input and improving facilities,etc.The results demonstrated that even in nowadays,the experiences above still have actual influence for the construction of new socialist urban and rural area.
