大学体育课程“1+2”教学模式的探索与实践

         

摘要

通过调查研究、改革实践、总结分析,主要从课程资源开发、课程创新、精品课程发展以及校本教材建设4个方面入手整改,并探索与实践体育课程“1+2”的模式。结果表明:体育课程教学改革思路切实可行,实施效果比预期好,得到学生、教师的支持和肯定,适应或缓解学校由于扩大招生规模而带来的一些教学运行与管理上不稳定问题和压力,保障教学质量,促进体育教学全面平稳向前发展。%Through the investigation and study, the practice, analysis, mainly from the curriculum resources exploitation, innovation sports curriculum with characteristics, development course and the sports teaching materials based on the four aspects of PE curriculum construction, and exploration and practice sports course "1 + 2" mode, the resuhs show that: the course construction and teaching reform thinking is feasible, and implementation effect better than expected, get the support of the students, teachers and approval, to adapt or alleviate the school because of expanding the recruitment of students scale and brings some teaching operation and management problems and stress is not stable, safeguard teaching quality, promote the sports teaching comprehensive smoothly forward development.
