Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the 5-HMF content in the compatibility solution of Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection and Glucose Injection by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the chromato graphic column of Wetch C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was 0.05 mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile(89∶11),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was maintained at 25℃,the detection wavelength was 284 nm,the injection volume was 20μL. Results 5-HMF had good linear relation in the range of 1.45-2.61μg/mL(r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 97.4%(RSD=1.1%). Conclusion Adopting the HPLC method for detecting the 5-HMF content in the compatibility solution of Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection and Glucose Injection is simple ,accurate and reliable.%目的：测定盐酸法舒地尔注射液与葡萄糖注射液配伍液中的5-羟甲基糠醛（5-HMF）。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），色谱柱：Wetch C18柱（150.0 mm×4.6 mm×5.0μm），流动相：0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液-乙腈（89∶11），流速：1.0 mL/min，检测波长：284 nm，柱温：25℃，进样量：20μL。结果5-HMF在1.45~2.61μg/mL内线性关系良好（r=0.9998）；平均回收率为97.4%（RSD=1.1%）。结论采用HPLC测定盐酸法舒地尔注射液与葡萄糖注射液配伍液中的5-HMF方法简便，准确可靠。
