98例肾移植受者术后肺部感染的临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical features of pulmonary infection in patients after renal transplantation. Methods Data of 98 cases of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. Results The rate of pulmonary infection was 14. 96%. The infection was mainly cytomegalovirus (CMV) pneumonia within 3 months and bacterial pneumonia after 3 months. The cure rate was 79.59% and mortality rate was 20.41%. The curative ratio of mixed infections was lower than of other infections (P<0.05) and the mortality rate was higher (P<0.05). Conclusions The incidence of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation is high. Early diagnosis, anti-infection and adjustment of the immunization program are the key to treat such infections.%目的 分析肾移植术后肺部感染发病及治疗特点.方法 回顾性分析98例肾移植术后肺部感染患者临床资料.结果 肾移植术后肺部感染发生率为14.96％,术后3个月以巨细胞病毒为主,3个月以上以细菌为主.治愈率为79.59％,死亡率为20.41％,混合感染的治愈率较其他感染低(P＜0.05),死亡率较其他感染高(P＜0.05).结论 肾移植后肺部感染发生率较高,早期诊断、抗感染及调整免疫方案是关键.
