高效液相色谱法测定植烟土壤中砜嘧磺隆的残留量

         

摘要

The phytotoxicity of the residue of rimsulfuron in the soil to succeeding tabacco was easily occurred.In order to investigate the current status of rimsulfuron residues in tobacco-growing soil,the rimsulfuron residues in soil were quantified by performance liquid chromatography.The samples were extracted using acetonitrile,and cleaned up by neutral alumina,then determined by ultraviolet detector and quantified by the external standard method.The results showed that the lowest detection quantity of rimsulfuron was 1.0 ×10-12g and the lowest detection concentration in the soil was 0.002 mg · kg-1.The linear ranges were 0.05 ~ 5 mg · kg-1 with the linear correlation coefficient of 1.When rimsulfuron was spiked at 0.05 ~ 0.5 mg · kg-1 level,the average fortification recovery of soil were 95.55~97.69%,and relative standard deviation of 1.33~ 4.62%.The residues of rimsulfuron in different tobacco-growing area soil in Dafang County were detected using this method.The detection results showed that the residual amount of rimsulfuron in the soil samples of the peace group of Huangni Village in Huangnitang Town was the largest in the five tobacco-growing areas,which the value was 0.008 mg · kg-1,and the risk of rimsulfuron phytotoxicity may happen in fluecured tobacco production.%砜嘧磺隆在土壤中的残留容易使后茬烟草产生药害.为明确植烟土壤中砜嘧磺隆的残留状况,建立了高效液相色谱法测定土壤中砜嘧磺隆残留量的分析方法.样品用乙腈振荡提取,经中性氧化铝层析柱净化后,通过紫外检测器检测,外标法定量.结果表明:砜嘧磺隆的最低检出量为1.0×10-12 g,土壤中的最低检出浓度为0.002 mg·kg-1;在0.05~5 mg·kg-1范围内,砜嘧磺隆的峰面积与其质量浓度间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为1;在添加水平为0.05~0.5 mg·kg-1范围内,土壤中砜嘧磺隆的平均回收率为95.55~97.69%,相对标准偏差为1.33~4.62%.采用该方法对大方县不同烟区土壤砜嘧磺隆的残留状况进行了摸底,经检测5个烟区中以黄泥塘镇黄泥村和平组土样中砜嘧磺隆的残留量最大,为0.008 mg·kg-1,在烤烟生产中有产生砜嘧磺隆药害的风险.
