纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂对稻纵卷叶螟的控制作用

         

摘要

为探讨纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂对稻纵卷叶螟幼虫的控制作用.本文研究了在选择性和非选择性情况下,纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂对不同龄期稻纵卷叶螟幼虫的寄生率,稻纵卷叶螟与纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂在生长发育上的相互影响,及纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂对稻纵卷叶螟2龄幼虫的功能反应.结果表明,在非选择性情况下,纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂对稻纵卷叶螟1龄和2龄幼虫的寄生率明显高于对3龄幼虫的寄生率.在选择性试验中,寄生率因不同幼虫龄期组合的不同而不同,在1龄、2龄和3龄幼虫组合情况下,纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂对幼虫的选择性依次为2龄幼虫>3龄幼虫>1龄幼虫.稻纵卷叶螟幼虫在1龄和3龄初期被纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂寄生后,稻纵卷叶螟1龄和3龄的发育历期显著长于未被寄生的幼虫,而2龄幼虫被寄生后,发育历期未产生显著变化.以稻纵卷叶螟1龄幼虫为寄主,纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂未成熟期的发育历期显著长于以2龄和3龄幼虫为寄主的.纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂对稻纵卷叶螟2龄幼虫的功能反应模型符合Holling-Ⅱ型,纵卷叶螟绒茧蜂的寄生潜能A=22.727头.%In order to understand the control effect of Apanteles cypris to the larva of Cnaphalocrocis medinali,the parasitism preference of A.cypris to C.medinalis was studied under the condition of selection and non-selection pattern,the interrelationship of development between A.cypris and C.medinali,and functional response of A.cypris to 2nd instar of C.medinalis was studied too.The results showed that in the non-selection pattern,the parasitoid rate of A.cypris to 1st instar and 2nd instar larva of C.medinalis were significantly higher than that to 3rd instar larva of C.medinalis.In the selection pattern,A.cypris prefer differently in the combination of different instar larva,A.cypris prefer 2nd instar >3rd instar> 1st instar in the combination of 1st instar,2nd instar and 3rd instar.The development of 1st instar and 3rd instar parasitized by A.cypris was obviously prolonged than that of un-parasitized,if the 2nd instar larva was parasitized,the development was not prolonged.The immature period of A.cypris parasitizing 1st instar was longer than that of parasitizing 2nd instar and 3rd instar.The results showed that the functional response of A.cypris to 2nd instar of C.medinalis could be described by HollingII equation,and parasite potential per female in 24 h was 22.727.
