金明夜叉竹生物学特性初探

         

摘要

According to the observation in bamboo garden of Zhejiang A&F University, the bamboo shooting and growth characters of Semirundinaria Yashadake f. Kimmei Muroi et Kasiwagi, which was introduced in 2009, were investigated in the present work. The results showed that the quantity of shoots at the peak stage accounted for 83. 2% of the total. Also, the relationship between the quantity of shoots and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity was elucidated by correlation analysis. It indicated that there is a positive correlation between them, that is, the higher the temperature and humidity, the more quantity of bamboo shoots was got. The growth rhythm of trunk of young bamboo was slow-quick-slow, it peaked a-bout 2. 8 cm per day. Based on logistic analysis during the growth stage, the determination index was R2 =0. 987 1, and logistic equation of daily growth was X2 =136. 056 3/[1 +EXP(2. 115 2 -0. 092 040X1)]. Additionally, the determination index of growth of branches was R2 =0. 992 5, and logistic equation of branch growth was X2 =32. 291 7/[1+EXP(2. 041 2-0. 172 231X1)].%在浙江农林大学翠竹园,于2009年对引进的金明夜叉竹出笋、高生长的过程进行了观测,总结了在各个出笋期的出笋量,发现盛期出笋量占总出笋量的83.2%,并对出笋量与温度湿度的关系进行了相关性分析,表明两者之间存在着正相关的关系,即在出笋期气候条件下,温度、湿度越大其出笋量越多;幼竹竹秆日生长量也遵循“慢—快—慢”的规律,每天增长约2.8 cm,对其生长过程进行Logistic分析,发现决定系数R2=0.9871,金明夜叉竹的日生长量逻辑斯蒂方程为X2=136.0563/(1+EXP(2.1152-0.092040X1));并对幼竹枝条生长规律进行了分析,发现决定系数为R2=0.9925,枝条生长逻辑斯蒂方程为X2=32.2917/(1+EXP(2.0412-0.172231 X1)。
