本文运用SWOT分析法，以贵州招堤国家湿地公园为例，系统地对其建设条件进行了优势( S)、劣势( W)、机遇( O)、威胁( T)剖析，设计了其SWOT战略分析矩阵，提出了具体行动计划与对策，表明招堤具备建设国家湿地公园的基础条件与发展机遇，但亦面临一定的挑战。%In this article, the SWOT analysis method was adapted to analyze construction conditions of , Zhaoti National Wetland Park in Anlong, Guizhou province. Strength (S), Weakness(W), Opportunity(O)and Threat( T) to construction conditions for Zhaoti wetland park were systematically analyzed, and its SWOT stra-tegic analysis matrix was designed. Detailed action plans and countermeasures were also proposed. It was suggested that Zhaoti had the basic condition and developing opportunities for building up a National Wetland Park while facing several challenges.
