A total of 87 bacteria strains were isolated from different livestock feces soil samples, among which, 26 strains were proved to produce cellulose after preliminary screen, and three might produce higher cellulose by reduplicate screen. Base on the morphological observation, 16S rDNA sequence analysis as well as physiological and biochemical test, the cellulase-producing strains L2 and L3 were identified as Bacillus subtilis.%从畜禽养殖场土壤中分离到细菌菌株87株,初筛到26株具有产纤维素酶能力的菌株,通过复筛,获得2株产纤维素酶能力较好的菌株.根据形态特征观察、16S rDNA序列分析及生理生化特征测定,鉴定产酶细菌L2、L3为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis).
