试验对普通荞麦的花柱、柱头、花粉粒进行光镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜及显微化学等方面的观察.结果表明:长花柱头是湿性柱头,柱头表面有分泌物,分泌物主要含多糖和蛋白质；短花柱柱头是干性柱头；花粉粒在大小、形状上也显示了异型性.柱头与花粉粒的二型性,使自花传粉和同型花传粉导致不亲和性.%The style, stigma and pollen of Fagopyrum esculentum were studied by means of optical, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and microchemistry techniques. Results showed that the long-style (Pin) stigma is characterized as wet, and there is exudate containing mainly carbohydrate and protein on the surface of the wet stigma. The stigma of short-style (Thrum) is dry type, without exudate. Pollens are dimorphisms, leading to the self-incompatibility of grains.
