Relative content of chlorophyll and chlorophyll fluorescence pararoeters of flue-cured tobacco variety Nanjiang 3 were determined in different phosphorus nutrition levels using SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter and Os5p pam fiuorometer in the current work. The results showed that chlorophyll SPAD value highly varied depending on the levels of phosphorus nutrition. There were significant difference or highly significant difference in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fo, Fm, Fv/Fm, Yield, Fv/Fo among the treatments. The different level was inconsistent in different growth stages, and enhanced phosphorus nutrition might remarkably iraprove photochemical efficiency. In addition, the peak of Fv/Fm, Yield value appeared at bud stage, indicating this period was active in photosynthesis. Comparing between the PS H photochemical efficiency ( Fv/Fm) and actual photochemical efficiency (Yield), the change of PSII photochemical efficiency gave a single peak curve, which was consistent with the chlorophyll content.%利用SPAD-502叶绿素测定仪、Os5p调制荧光仪分别测定了在不同磷素营养水平下南江三号烤烟品种的叶绿素相对含量,以及叶绿素荧光参数.结果表明:不同磷素营养条件下叶绿素SPAD值差异显著,各处理间叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、Yield、Fv/Fo存在显著或极显著差异,而且不同生育期内差异水平不一致,增加磷素营养可显著提高光化学效率.另外,南江三号的Fv/Fm、Yield峰值出现在现蕾期,说明此生育期正是其光合作用最为强盛的时期,也是烟叶进行干物质积累的重要时期.通过比较PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)与实际光化学效率(Yield)发现,其PSⅡ光化学效率变化呈现的是单峰曲线,其变化趋势与叶绿素相对含量基本一致.
