逻辑实证主义以语言的逻辑分析为武器，以实证主义为基础，以证实原则为标准，以拒斥形而上学为立场，试图通过分析科学领域以及日常生活的所有断定，来澄清科学的概念、命题的意义，进而为科学知识奠定基础。但是其核心标准——证实原则却存在诸多症结。逻辑实证主义彻底摈弃形而上学、崇尚经验主义的做法是行不通的。%Armed with logical analysis and positivism, logical positivism is opposed to metaphysics and endeavors to analyze all the statements in scientific circle and our daily life with a view to make scientific notions and propositions clear, which will pave the way for the sound development of scientific knowledge. The dissertation takes the verification principle as the main target of criticism in which it points out its myriad defects and makes critical analysis of them respectively with the purpose of expounding logical analysis more thoroughly and further showing the infeasibility of pure empiricism, which is strongly against to metaphysics.
