热处理对不同深度不锈钢摇椅弓加、卸载力影响的实验研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of heat treatment on loading and unloading stress of stainless steel reverse-curve archwires with different depth.Methods The 0.018-inch stainless steel round wires were formed to 2,4 and 6 mm reverse-curve archwires (20 archwires for each depth ).The archwires were randomly divided into heat treatment group and control group,with 30 samples in each group.To use dental special ting spot welder to heat treatment in heat treatment group.The Instron Universal Testing Machine was used to measure the loading and unloading stress of archwires.Results The loading and unloading stress increased with the depth of 0.018-inch stainless steel reverse-curve archwires(P<0.05).Furthermore,the loading and unloading stress of 2,4 and 6 mm stainless steel reverse-curve archwires significantly in-creased after heat treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion The loading and unloading stress of stain-less steel reverse-curve archwires can be increased by heat treatment.%目的 研究热处理对不同深度不锈钢摇椅弓加、卸载力的影响.方法 将0.018英寸的不锈钢圆丝弯制成标准弓形,再分别形成2、4和6 mm深度的摇椅弓各20根,并按是否热处理分成热处理组和对照组,每组30个样本.热处理组样本采用齿科专用微型点焊机进行热处理,并用Instron万能材料力学实验机测量各组不锈钢摇椅弓的加、卸载力值.结果 0.018英寸不锈钢摇椅弓的加、卸载力随着摇椅弓深度的增加而增大(P<0.05);热处理组2、4和6 mm深度不锈钢摇椅弓经热处理后的加、卸载力均大于同一深度未经热处理的对照组(均P<0.05).结论 热处理可使不锈钢摇椅弓的加、卸载力增加.
