134例慢性肾病患者对互联网健康管理服务的使用现状及需求调查

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the utilization of Intemet health management services in patients with chronic kidney disease,and to explore the demands for the services.Methods Patients with chronic kidney disease were selected from three first-class comprehensive hospitals using the convenience sampling and were surveyed using the self-designed questionnaire.Results The awareness rate and utilization rate of Internet health management services were 63.43% and 31.34% among the 134 patients,respectively.Furthermore,72.39% of the patients were willing to use the Internet health management services if they had the condition and ability.Parents thought that the main difficulties and problems were the inability to skillfully use Internet(44.03%) and the concerning about the quality of Internet health management services(30.60 %).The age,educational level and monthly per capita family income were the factors influencing the utilization of Internet health management services(P<0.01).The demand rate of each Internet health management service project was more than 50.00%.The top 5 service contents demanded were regular remote health assessment and development of personalized electronic health plan(88.81%),online appointment(88.81%),remote diet monitoring and guidance (86.57 %),remote physiological index monitoring and guidance (85.07 %),and online viewing and interpreting of test results (82.84 %).Conclusion Internet health management services are underused in patients with chronic kidney disease.However,there is a big demand for them.Therefore,the Internet health management services should be developed and used according to the characteristics of different patients.%目的 调查慢性肾病患者对互联网健康管理服务的使用现状,并探讨其对服务内容的需求.方法 通过便利抽样法,自行设计问卷调查南昌市3所三级甲等综合性医院的慢性肾病患者.结果 1)使用现状:134例患者中互联网健康管理服务的知晓率为63.43%,使用率为31.34%,72.39%的患者表示若有条件和能力愿意使用慢性肾病相关互联网健康管理服务;患者认为使用互联网健康管理服务存在的主要困难和问题是不能熟练利用互联网(44.03%)以及担心网络健康服务的质量(30.60%);不同年龄、文化程度和家庭人均月收入是患者是否使用互联网健康管理服务的影响因素(P<0.01).2)需求情况:患者对各项互联网健康管理服务内容的需求率均超过50.00%;需求排名前5位的服务内容依次为定期远程健康评估并制定个性化的电子健康计划(88.81%)、在线预约挂号(88.81%)、远程饮食监测和指导(86.57%)、远程生理指标监测和指导(85.07%)和在线查看及解读检查报告(82.84%).结论 慢性肾病患者对互联网健康管理服务的利用不足但需求较大,应积极发展适合该类人群的互联网健康管理服务,并针对不同患者的特点指导其使用.
