目的：比较极固宁联合氟化钠、氟／钾纳米羟基磷灰石涂膜（nHA-varnish）、脉冲 Nd-YAG 激光联合氟化亚锡溶液和极固宁治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法将280例牙本质过敏症患者443颗患牙随机分为4组，分别采用极固宁联合氟化钠（A 组，70例110颗患牙）、氟／钾纳米羟基磷灰石涂膜（B 组，70例112颗患牙）、脉冲 Nd-YAG激光联合氟化亚锡溶液组（C 组，70例108颗患牙）、极固宁（D 组，70例113颗患牙）进行脱敏治疗并将各组疗效对比分析。结果随着临床观察时间的延长，4种治疗方式的总有效率均呈下降趋势。在治疗1个疗程及3个月后总有效率比较中，各组间两两比较差异均无统计学意义（均 P ＞0．05）；A 组治疗后6个月、1年及2年后总有效率与 B 组比较差异无统计学意义（均 P ＞0．05），但均低于 C 组（均 P ＜0．05），高于 D 组（均 P ＜0．05）。结论脉冲Nd-YAG 激光联合氟化亚锡溶液治疗牙本质过敏症的近期疗效与极固宁联合氟化钠、氟／钾纳米羟基磷灰石涂膜、极固宁相当，但是其远期疗效是最佳的。%ABSTRACT:Objective To compare the effects of Green Or combined with sodium fluoride, nanoscaled potassium containing fluoridated hydroxyapatite varnish(nHA-varnish),and Nd-YAG laser combined with stannous fluoride and Green Or on dentine hypersensitivity.Methods A to-tal of 280 patients with dentine hypersensitivity(443 teeth)were randomly treated with Green Or combined with sodium fluoride(Group A,70 patients,110 teeth),nHA-varnish(Group B,70 pa-tients,112 teeth),Nd-YAG laser combined with stannous fluoride(Group C,70 patients,108 teeth),or Green Or(Group D,70 patients,113 teeth).The desensitizing efficacy was compared a-mong the four groups.Results The total effective rate showed a downward trend with the exten-sion of clinical observation time in all groups.However,there were no significant differences in the total effective rate among the four groups after a single course and 3 months of treatment(P >0.05).After treatment for 6 months,1 year and 2 years,the total effective rate in group A was lower than that in group C,but higher than that in group D(P <0.05).No significant difference was found between group A and group B(P >0.05).Conclusion Nd-YAG laser combined with stannous fluoride has a similar short-term effect to Green Or combined with sodium fluoride, nHA-varnish and Green Or,but exerts the best long-term effect on dentine hypersensitivity.
