简述了T辅助细胞（Th2/Th1）的功能失调及其引起的细胞因子分泌紊乱在儿童呼吸系统炎症性疾病中的变化，提出 INF-γ/IL-4比值可反映Th1/Th2的平衡状态，有助于为某些儿童呼吸系统炎症性疾病的临床治疗及预防提供分子生物学基础。%This paper briefly describes the changes in T helper cell(Th2/Th1)dysfunction and subsequently inflammatory cytokine secretion disorder in inflammatory respiratory diseases in children,and proposes that INF-γ/IL-4 ratio can reflect Th1/Th2 equilibrium state.This proposal can provide a molecular biological basis for clinical treatment and prevention of inflammatory re-spiratory diseases in children.
