亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（亚临床甲减）因无临床症状或仅有轻微的临床症状而不易发现，其对妊娠结局及子代神经智力发育却有着重要的影响，因此目前仍是内分泌科、妇产科、优生优育科的热点问题，本文就妊娠期亚临床甲减妊娠期甲状腺功能的变化、发生的原因、对妊娠结局及子代的影响等予以综述。%Subclinical hypothyroidism is not easy to find because it causes no symptoms or mild symptoms.Subclinical hypothyroidism has an important influence on pregnancy outcomes and de-velopment and mental health of the offspring.Therefore,it is still a hot problem in departments of endocrinology,obstetrics and gynecology,and eugenic and superior nurture.This review summari-zes the changes in thyroid function,causes of subclinical hypothyroidism and effects of subclinical hypothyroidism on pregnancy outcomes and offspring development in patients with subclinical hy-pothyroidism in pregnancy.
