Objective To compare the advantages of nasal dynamical system and low tempera-ture plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.Methods Eighty-five children with adenoidal hypertrophy were assigned to receive operation with either nasal dy-namical system (group A,n = 38)or low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation system (group B,n = 47).Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,overall response rate,hospital stay and hospital costs were compared between the two groups.Results Operations were successfully performed and no serious postoperative complications were found in both groups.Compared with group A,operation time and intraoperative blood loss decreased but hospital costs increased in group B(P <0.05).There were no significant differences in overall response rate and hospital stay between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Both nasal dynamical system and low tempera-ture plasma radiofrequency ablation have advantages of clear vision,low recurrence rate,few com-plications,light bleeding and high security in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.%目的:比较鼻科动力系统与低温等离子射频消融在腺样体肥大手术中的优越性。方法将85例腺样体肥大患儿按手术方法的不同分为 A、B 2组:均行手术切除,A 组38例采用鼻科动力系统;B 组47例采用低温等离子射频消融系统。比较2组的手术时间、术中出血量、总有效率、住院时间和住院费用等。结果2组手术均顺利,术后未见严重并发症发生,B 组手术时间及术中出血量较 A 组少(P <0.05);A 组住院费用较 B 组少(P <0.05);总有效率与住院时间2组比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论鼻科动力系统与低温等离子射频消融系统均具有视野清晰、复发率低、并发症少、出血少、安全性高等优点。
